If you wish to complain about the goods, notify us by phone at +421 948 928 971 or via e-mail info@lucullus-medical.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions as well as the address for complaining about the goods.
How quickly do you have a complaint?
We always try to handle the complaint as soon as possible, but we will handle it no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to our warehouse.
