Dosing and method of use 

Measurements are recommended to be taken on the left arm. (In the long term, the measurement should be performed on the arm on which the higher values are measured.) Measurements should be taken in a quiet place, seated and in a comfortable position, leaning against the backrest. The feet are placed side by side with the whole surface on the floor. Do not cross your legs. The forearm with the palm facing upwards is placed relaxed on the mat and care is taken to ensure that the cuff is at heart level.
Blood pressure should not be taken after bathing or after sport. During the entire measurement, no movement or talking is allowed.
The measurement should be started only after the cuff is attached by pressing the Start/Stop button. The cuff will automatically inflate. When the measurement is finished, the measured values of blood pressure and heart rate are displayed on the display. The device is switched off by pressing the Start/Stop button, or switched off automatically after 1 minute.
