Maca(Lepidium meyenii) or maca e.g. Peruvian ginseng is native to Peru, specifically the Andes Mountains, where it grows at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters above sea level. The conditions for plant growth at high altitude are so extreme that nothing else can be grown there.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:Mix 1 teaspoon of powder (3-5 g) in about 200 ml of water and drink 1 teaspoon (3-5 g) once daily. You can also mix the powder into juice or food (yogurt, soups, smoothies) or use it for baking.

It is recommended to take in the morning.
