Use

Recommended Daily Dose: Dilute one ampoule in a glass of water and drink with breakfast. Shake well before use. Break off the top of the vial and then the bottom to release the contents. Do not open the ampoule directly over the glass to avoid accidentally dropping pieces of glass into the drink.
