Borelka herbal tea

The delicious herbal tea contains echinacea, cinnamon and bird's-foot trefoil.

Ingredients:

Use

Instructions for preparation:

Cover one heaped teaspoon of the mixture with 2.5 dl of boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Strain and drink warm in the early morning and evening.

Additional Recommendation:

For a year or more, eat two cloves of garlic a day and a bowl of red beetroot twice a week.
