Conjugated linoleic acid - a fatty acid derived from safflower oil

CLA(Conjugated Linoleic Acid) or conjugated linoleic acid is a fatty acid that is classified as a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid. CLA is most commonly found in foods of animal origin, such as meat, milk, yogurt, and butter, but also in some vegetable oils and other foods.

It is absorbed into the body in the small intestine and stored in the body in adipose tissue. CLA has recently been growing in popularity especially among athletes, as it is most effective when combined with physical activity and a balanced diet.

The recommended daily dose (3 capsules) contains up to 3000 mg of CLA.
