CLA(Conjugated Linoleic Acid) or conjugated linoleic acid is one of the polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acids. Natural sources of CLA are mainly foods of animal origin, such as meat (especially beef and lamb), milk, yoghurt, butter, but it is also found in vegetable oils, etc.

Dairy and meat products no longer contain as much CLA after the industrial processing process as they did before the process, which is why dietary supplements with this powerful Omega-6 fatty acid are becoming increasingly popular.
