Leek(Linum usitatissimum) is a herbaceous or field cultivated plant with blue-purple flowers. The lawn seeds are also used to produce a high quality oil. Spinach oil is considered one of the most popular and versatile vegetable oils, and is also an excellent source of omega fatty acids.

Each capsule contains up to 1000 mg of flaxseed oil, obtained by cold-pressing a process in which the seeds are not processed or ground, but the oil is slowly squeezed out of them only by a special press.
Spinach oil is considered an excellent natural source of omega fatty acids because it contains:
- omega-3 fatty acid (alpha-linolenic acid),
- omega-6 fatty acid (linoleic acid) and
- omega-9 fatty acid (oleic acid).
Omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids are unsaturated fats that our bodies need for optimal functioning. Omega-9 fatty acids our body can make on its own, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that our body is unable to make on its own, so we must consume them with food or supplements.
