Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 are unsaturated fatty acids that are very important for the human body.

Omega-3 and Omega-6 are polyunsaturated essential fatty acids that our bodies cannot make themselves, so we must get enough of them through food or supplements.Omega-9 is a monounsaturated fat that our bodies can make themselves, but the right ratio of fats in the body is also influenced by food intake.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure flaxseed oil rich in Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9.

Flax Oil capsule Omega-3-6-9 with Flax Oil is extracted from ripe flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) by gentle cold pressing.

Flaxseed oil contains almost 90% unsaturated fatty acids. Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) accounts for an unusually high proportion of up to 55%. In addition, flaxseed oil also contains precious Omega-6 fats in the form of linoleic acid and Omega-9 fats in the form of oleic acid.

Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels when taken at least 2 g per day, equivalent to 8 capsules.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 4 capsules twice daily, with plenty of liquid and with meals.

Children up to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day. If possible, it is recommended to take for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Pure, cold-pressed linseed oil is mechanically filtered, but may still contain solid particles that may appear in the capsules. These cloudy particles do not affect the quality and durability.
