Omega-3 Mix BIO by Dragon Superfoods is a great mixture of 3 superfoods naturally containing omega-3 and omega-6 fats. The rich formula consists of:

• flax seeds, which are versatile and flax was known, cultivated and enjoyed by the ancient Egyptians,
• hemp seeds, which enrich the mixture with a light, pleasantly nutty flavour,
• chia seeds, which have a very long tradition of use, are very rich and have a neutral taste.

BIO Omega-3 Mix is a great sprinkle on salads or addition to smoothies.

The product is vegan, organic, gluten-free, organically produced and 100% natural.

Recommended dosage: 2 tablespoons (15 g) per day.
