Dosing and method of use 

Measurement must be taken on the bare wrist. The cuff should not be applied over a prominent bone in the hand, otherwise it will not fit evenly around the entire circumference of the wrist. The pressure gauge should be placed on the centre of the wrist on the inside at a distance of 1 - 1.5 cm from the hand joint.
Measurement is recommended to be performed on the left wrist. (In the long term, the measurement should be taken on the wrist on which the higher readings are taken.) Measurements should be taken in a quiet place, seated and in a comfortable position, leaning against the backrest. The feet are placed side by side with the whole surface on the floor. Do not cross your legs. The arm should be bent at the elbow, making sure that the cuff is at heart height. Blood pressure should not be measured after bathing or after sport. Do not move or talk during the entire measurement.
Measurement should only be started after the cuff has been applied by pressing the Start/Stop button. The cuff will automatically inflate. When the measurement is finished, the measured values of blood pressure and heart rate are displayed on the display. The device is switched off by pressing the Start/Stop button, or switched off automatically after 1 minute.
