• Maca is an excellent natural source of vital substances and has recently become one of the most popular superfoods worldwide.
• Sourced from the dried roots of the Maca plant, grown according to certified organic growing rules.
• Maca powder can also be mixed in about 200 ml of water or in other foods (yogurt, soups).

Recommended daily dose:1 times a day, mix 1 teaspoon of powder (3-5 g) in about 200 ml of water and drink. You can also mix the powder into juice or food (yogurt, soups, smoothies) or use it for baking. It is recommended to take in the morning.
