The range includes a warming cream and a reusable gel pad that can be heated in hot water or in the microwave.
The reusable gel pad is available in two sizes and is therefore suitable for treating large joints (knee, shoulder or ankle) as well as smaller areas on the body (wrist, cheek). The pad comes with a protective sleeve for comfortable use directly on the skin.

After heating in hot water or in the microwave, it can be used for heat therapy. Heat therapy promotes local blood circulation, relieves muscle tension and pain, back pain, menstrual problems.

For cold therapy, the pad can be cooled in the freezer. Cold therapy is used for acute joint and muscle inflammation, blunt trauma, hematomas, insect bites, toothaches.
