Triplat (fenugreek) - tincture

Greek fenugreek - a tincture without alcohol, which the body uses effectively.

Greek fennel (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is an annual plant. It is also called saber-shaped fenugreek or multi-seeded fenugreek. The most useful are the fenugreek seeds, which have a pungent flavour and a distinctive aroma.

The seeds are popular in the Ayurvedic tradition. They are an important spice and an essential ingredient of curry, a typical Indian dish.

Bioherba brand tincture is made from Greek fenugreek soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

The great advantage of fenugreek tincture is that the body absorbs the liquid more quickly and makes better use of it, and at the same time the important substances which it contains are better preserved when the tincture is prepared.

For additional effectiveness, it also contains vitamin B6 - it plays a role in the regulation of hormones!

In addition to fenugreek, the tincture also contains vitamin B6, which is important for our body as it is involved in various processes in the body. Thus, it contributes/plays a role in:

• releasing energy in the metabolism,
• functioning of the immune and nervous system,
• normal mental activity,
• regulation of hormone function,
• metabolism of proteins and glycogen,

The daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 140 mg of fenugreek.
