Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin that is most commonly found in the form of MK-7 or menaquinone-7. It is the natural form of vitamin K2, which is most commonly found in foods of animal origin and fermented foods.

The vitamin K2 in FutuNatura brand is derived from Japanese fermented soybeans, also known as nato or natto. It also contains MCT coconut oil, a saturated fat that is quickly absorbed by the body and is an excellent source of energy.

D3 in the form of cholecalciferol and K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 - for better absorption and utilization.
