Use

Instructions for use:The product can be consumed or used as a bath additive.

Bath Additive: Use 100g of powder for bath (for approximately 100 litres of water) and 40g for foot bath (for 4 litres of water). The recommended bath time is 20 minutes. For simultaneous use with Zechsal magnesium crystals, reduce the dosage of soda by half. Use Magnesium Chloride - Crystals, 750 g >> for the bath, use Magnesium Chloride - Foot Bath Crystals, 750 g >> for the foot bath.

Tip: When preparing the bath, first mix only the magnesium crystals with warm water, then add the alkaline salt. Mixing both at the same time can cause a reaction that creates air bubbles and reduces the effect.

Recommended dosage for use: Dissolve 2.5 g (0.5 teaspoon) of powder in water or lemon juice and drink 2 times a day at bedtime or just before meals. Gradually increase intake.
