Cist or Latin Cistus incanus, is an evergreen shrub with characteristic white or pink flowers and small leaves. It is native to the Mediterranean, specifically from Greece, where it was in use around 400 BC. It was used to make resin, which was also imported to Egypt and Sudan, for example, and later to drink cist tea, which the Greeks offered to their guests when welcoming them.

This beneficial plant is now known throughout Europe and beyond, and was even named European Flower of the Year in 1999, attracting attention and renewed popularity.

For additional support, Zein Pharma capsules contain ascorbic acid or vitamin C, which is an antioxidant - it plays a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin C is one of the essential vitamins that performs many roles in the body because it contributes to:
