• Coenzyme Q10: A fat-soluble molecule found in most cells of the human body. Over the years, coenzyme Q10 levels begin to decline, so supplementation is recommended.
• Vitamin E is an antioxidant that has a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress. It protects the body from free radicals, which can also damage sperm.

Use
