Use
Recommended Daily Dose: Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (approx. 20 g) in 500 ml of water and 2 and a half scoops (approx. 40 g) in 1000 ml of water. Before adding the powder, fill the container with water so that lumps do not form. After exercise, take 500-1000 ml of the drink.
